Sand on site

This is an unfinished wood installation that will require sanding and finishing after installation. This is a great option when adding hardwood flooring to your home that already has it.

New flooring can even be interwoven into existing rooms to give the appearance it was all installed at the same time!

Vinyl plank & Laminate

These floors are what we call “free floating”. This means they do not get nailed/glued down to your sub flooring. They are held in place by unique locking systems that engage as they are tapped together. Moulding around the perimeter of the room will ensure these floors do not shift around as they are walked on.

Many of these types of floors (especially vinyl) offer waterproof capabilities which is great for the laundry room, bathroom or even the kitchen!

A pre-finished floor is a wonderful option for those looking to save a little time and money. With thousands of different products out there, you are sure to find the perfect floor for your specific taste.

No sanding required with this option! Nail/glue it down and be done with it and onto the next project.
